GitHub Migration skills. GitHub admin or DevOps or Basic GitHub with familiarity with pipeline deployment. Migrate repos to GitHub Cloud Reconfigure GitHub-specific settings only (e.g., org/repo setup, secrets, environments, packages, projects, webhooks, GitHub Apps)Handle repointing and reconfiguring their own pipelines (Jenkins, ADO, code way)Validation of repos and pipelines
