Direct message the job poster from Austin Williams We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Performance Strategist, the ideal candidate is someone who can analyze various digital campaigns to report on overall performance while also uncovering actionable and meaningful insights and recommendations. While we offer a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule, this role requires that the candidate can work in our Long Island, NY office Tuesday through Thursday. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, track, and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display and all digital channels. Collect data from numerous data sources, analyze results and prepare client reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success, drive improvements, and align with business objectives. Provide insight and tactical support for continuous campaign optimization. Identify trends and correlate opportunities to improve future campaigns. Maintain expertise in analytics and digital developments. Act as an agency advocate, advising colleagues and clients as needed. Set up, perform updates and maintain client dashboards. Implement and manage website tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection across digital properties. Make persuasive client presentations that communicate insights and showcase data-driven recommendations. REQUIREMENTS Thorough understanding of all digital tactics, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display media. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as a positive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field of study. 3-5 years of professional experience in an analyst role. Experience in Google Analytics 4,Google Ads, Facebook Insights and various other ad platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including setting up tags, triggers, and variables to support web analytics and marketing goals. Strong competency with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards/data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) and Canva. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with data and statistical calculations. Passion for the digital space and opportunities for digital growth and development.
