Managing Director & Regional Leader for the Northeast Markets at Lateral Link Lateral Link is assisting a reputable law firm and repeat client with a search for a corporate associate to join the firm’s dynamic group. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of relevant experience. This particular corporate group focuses on mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity finance transactions across a variety of industries, including beverage & food, lodging and hospitality. The firm boasts a unique roster of clients. Candidates should possess drafting experiences on principal transaction documents. This is an opportunity to join a group that is leanly staffed, where associates are given more responsibility than their peers at other AmLaw firms and where associates can have direct client interaction. The partners desire an associate with a “can do” attitude and promotion is attainable!
