What You'll Lead: Production & Facilities Engineering Team
- Direct reports including production engineers, facility engineers, and engineering analysts Strategic Production Optimization
- Artificial lift strategy development, well performance diagnostics, workover/plugging programs, and marginal well cash flow optimization across 6,000+ wells ️
Major Capital Projects
- Technical delivery of upstream, midstream, and CCUS facilities from FEED through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution Innovation & Technology
- AI/ML implementation, data analytics programs, and digital transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence Carbon Capture Leadership
- Engineering support for BKV's groundbreaking CCUS business, including facility design and technical project management Budget & Program Management
- Yearly budget development, cost reduction initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination ️
Technical Excellence
- Prosper modeling, PHAs, pipeline hydraulic models, and production chemical program oversight What You Bring: 10+ years production/facilities engineering expertise in oil & gas Proven leadership managing engineering teams and budgets Deep artificial lift, well performance, and production optimization experience Prosper modeling, FEED, and pipeline hydraulic modeling proficiency Why BKV:
