Finance at TRACTIAN The Finance team at TRACTIAN manages the company’s financial health through planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and compliance. They work closely with other departments to ensure strategic alignment, profitability, cash flow management, and financial stability as the company scales. What You'll Do As a Director of Finance & Operations, you will oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting, Logistics, and Facilities management. Your strategic leadership will support the company's growth ambitions. To succeed, you need to be Hungry, Humble, Hardworking, Intelligent, and Accountable. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for efficient financial operations in AP, AR, and Accounting. Oversee logistics and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations and scalability. Improve financial and operational processes using technology. Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate operational risks. Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Over 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 in leadership. Success in developing and executing audit processes. Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, and financial procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of tax laws and compliance. Bonus Points Experience implementing ERPs. Proven track record scaling finance operations. Experience with physical product distribution. Strong network in the finance industry. Fluency in Spanish.
