We breath Real Estate and understand the ebbs and flows of different properties. We are looking for new team members to join our growing Valuation & Advisory Property Tax team. OUR PROCESS: We are looking for the best and the brightest. We are growing, with immediate positions available in the Property Tax group’s Chicago, Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta offices; other cities are possible for the right candidate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES – Director : Responsible for property tax reviews, analyses, appeals, forecasting, due diligence reports, and administrative tasks as needed Communicate analyses and findings to supervisors, clients, and assessing and taxing jurisdictions Active involvement in the management and expansion of client relationships Identify and pursue property tax prospects Communicate with other regional offices to deliver service to national clients Help maintain the property tax database and ensure all information is accurately established, classified, and processed Travel when necessary for client service obligations and business development opportunities SKILLS , EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of property tax experience CMI property tax designation preferred Solid understanding of real property valuation concepts, commercial real estate terminology, and property tax jurisdictional processes and procedures Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently Strong oral and written communication, presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently on assigned projects GROW WITH US : Everyone deserves to reach their fullest potential.
