by Dun & Bradstreet. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from key stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM modules. Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions. Map current and future-state business processes and recommend system enhancements. Create user stories, wireframes, functional specs, and process documentation. Assist with solution architecture and collaborate with CRM Consultants and Developers. Participate in data migration, integration scoping, and UAT planning. Support the design and testing of system configurations, workflows, business rules, and reports. Coordinate with QA and project managers to ensure timely delivery of CRM features. Lead user training and change management activities. Provide ongoing support post go-live for enhancements and issue resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project methodologies. Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and IT. Certification in Dynamics 365 (PL-200, MB-210, or similar) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with integrations (e.g., Business Central, Azure Services, or third-party systems). Basic Power Automate and Power BI knowledge. Familiarity with customer portals or omnichannel tools (e.g., Solgari, Voice, Chatbots). Exposure to Project Operations or Field Service modules is an advantage. Seniority level
