Position Details: Pay:
Competitive, based on experience Schedule:
Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shift openings available Location:
Westborough, MA Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards are met Complete required documentation and maintain a clean and safe workspace Collaborate with team members in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment Qualifications: Familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, torque drivers) Basic understanding of assembly practices High attention to detail and manual dexterity Willingness to learn new skills in a structured manufacturing setting Ability to follow written and verbal instructions What We Offer: Weekly pay through a reliable staffing partner Comprehensive training and mentorship Career development opportunities in the medical device and high-tech sectors Supportive team environment with leadership that values growth If you're looking to gain hands-on experience in a stable and dynamic industry, this could be the opportunity for you.
