Our client, a major biotech firm with offices in Seattle, Washington, is seeking an ERP Solution Architect with Demand and Supply Chain Planning experience. Responsibilities:
Provide techno-functional support and analyze Planning & Supply Chain systems, recommending improvements for effectiveness and efficiency. Act as liaison between cross-functional groups, analyzing complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions. Provide daily hands-on problem management, guidance, and support to the team. Manage and prioritize project demand based on resource availability and timelines. Ensure comprehensive understanding of business processes and system solutions. Lead projects including requirements development, functional and technical design. Recommend technology solutions to meet business needs. Configure and test Oracle Applications 12 e-Business Suite: ASCP. Develop detailed program specifications, business process models, and scenarios. Determine technical, interfacing, and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS issues. Lead configuration and administration of Oracle EBS software according to business and technical requirements. Participate in post-production support and problem resolution. Skills and Knowledge:
University degree. 15+ years of overall work experience. 10+ years in complex project delivery. 3+ years in pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) with ASCP. Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes. Experience with Oracle EBS best practices and architecture. Strong team collaboration and communication skills. Experience working with managed service support vendors. Effective communication with customers and global teams. Willingness to travel. Proven experience in Pharma industry. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Experience with Oracle AIM methodology and business process design.
