Job Description About the role: First level of primary functional support & point of contact for day-to-day application related issues or questions that users may report, with a primary focus on Oracle JD Edwards ERP-based solutions designed & deployed for smooth functioning of business processes within ERP & its interface with other applications, liaising with all stakeholders.
How You Will Contribute
Provide effective support in a complex, cross-functional, international environment.
Resolve application issues via calls, chat, emails, or ticketing system.
Analyze customer issues, requirements, and facilitate solutions for ERP support of production issues.
Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), recommend solutions, test, train users, and support within your functional area.
Review & provide ERP-related intercompany / intragroup transaction solutions affecting Covington Site.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, handle inquiries calmly and efficiently.
Work independently and in teams, understanding and implementing problem-solving actions.
Proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consult Takeda Global ERP team / SMEs for resolution.
Track and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Investigate Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), perform RCA using 5W1H methodology.
Monitor email notifications for failed transactions, troubleshoot, and resolve.
Create and maintain ERP reports using JDE reporting tools.
Maintain support issue database, analyze recurring issues, and propose solutions.
Develop and update ERP process workflows, SOPs, job aids, and work instructions.
Educate and train end users on JD Edwards ERP modules.
Gather user requirements for changes and improvements, review, analyze, and collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, UAT, and go-live.
Attend weekly JDE Change Request Board (CRB) meetings.
What You Bring To Takeda
Bachelor of Science (Engineering preferred).
3 to 5 years of support experience.
Experience in GxP environments like GDP, GMP.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Office 365 / Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in Change Management.
Key Skills, Abilities, And Competencies
Experience with JDE 9.2+ ERP in modules like Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales & Logistics, Finance, etc.
Knowledge of JDE database, tables, and relationships.
Ability to prototype, test, and walk through business processes.
Data analysis, integration, reporting skills.
User training and support experience.
Knowledge of SAP ERP is an added advantage.
Important Considerations Role involves general administrative tasks, physical tasks, and working in controlled environments with safety protocols. May require lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various environmental conditions, and occasional overtime or off-shift support.

Compensation and Benefits Location: USA - GA - Social Circle - Hwy 278
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Employees may be eligible for incentives, insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.
