The ERP Systems Developer will lead the modernization and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role requires a strong background in traditional programming languages and modern low-code/no-code platforms, with a focus on system integration, automation, and cloud-based solutions. This role will provide quality coding solutions for a complex operating system. The ERP Systems Developer is a self-motivated individual who is passionate about software building. This role also collaborates with their team to produce high functioning software. Competencies:

Communicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ERP Development & Management Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ERP systems to support business operations. Customize and extend ERP modules using C#, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. Oversee ERP data integrity, security, and performance. Low-Code/No-Code Transformation Convert legacy codebases (e.g., C#) into scalable low-code/no-code solutions. Evaluate and implement low-code platforms to streamline development and reduce technical debt. Cloud Computing & Integration Architect and manage cloud-based ERP deployments and integrations. Ensure seamless data flow between ERP and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. Automation & Optimization Identify opportunities for automation within ERP workflows and implement solutions. Collaborate with business units to improve operational efficiency through technology. Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, HR, and operations teams to align ERP capabilities with business needs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts. Additional Responsibilities:
The ERP Systems Developer will have no employees reporting to this position. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP development and management. Proficiency in C# and SQL Server. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., ApplicationStudio). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure and Expedient). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Noticeable ability to discover and correct errors in code Excellent concentration ability, detail oriented, and a critical thinker Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines preferred Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools preferred Working Conditions:
The ERP Systems Developer will have minimal required travel. The ERP Systems Developer may be required to work overtime as needed.
