Annual Bonus and Stock options This position is on a hybrid schedule near the Doral area for a large public company. They offer great benefits, work life balance, and equity. Responsibilities: Create and implement strategic plans for accounting transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Analyze existing accounting procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve accuracy. Oversee the execution of transformation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent and compliant accounting practices across the organization. Work closely with Data Warehouse, IT, and Accounting operational teams to align transformation efforts with business goals and drive integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5 years in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in transformation projects. ERP system implementations/project transformations CPA or CMA certification Seniority level
