PRISM Project Manager , where you'll lead the implementation of our flagship SaaS platform,
PRISM Compliance Management
(www.PRISMCompliance.com). In this dynamic role, you'll bridge the gap between technology and client needs, driving projects from concept through execution with precision and excellence.
As a trusted advisor and technical project leader, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that enable supplier and contract compliance across a wide range of industries, including government, education, and transportation.
Your Impact
As a key member of our delivery team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing client implementations of PRISM, from requirements gathering to go-live.
Developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive project plans.
Establishing and reporting on project status, risks, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of customer projects.
Analyzing customer requirements and aligning them with PRISM's capabilities.
Configuring and customizing PRISM instances based on client specifications.
Providing training and documentation to ensure long-term success and user adoption.
Identifying enhancement opportunities and best practices that add value for clients.
Collaborating with customer success, support, and sales teams to continuously improve client outcomes.

Qualifications (Required):
4+ years
of experience in technical project management or systems analysis.
2+ years
of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
2+ years
of experience in data analysis and systems integration.
3+ years
in SaaS, ERP, or IT product implementation roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience delivering COTS software implementations.
Technical proficiency in HTML, SQL, Crystal Reports, and database structures.
Familiarity with ERP, procurement, and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, Sage).
Advanced Excel capabilities, including macros and data visualization.
Knowledge of supplier , contract compliance, and supply chain management.
Experience with Agile development, QA testing, and business process reengineering.
Background in troubleshooting SaaS platforms and web-based applications.
