Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Overview Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US. Location: Waco, TX. Position Summary The primary responsibility IT Systems Analyst is to support and optimize business-critical systems, including SAP, MES, SCADA, and other integrated platforms, to ensure seamless operations across factory and office environments. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The IT Systems Analyst will report to the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager. Principal Duties Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) to ensure optimal performance and availability. Analyze business requirements and implement system configurations or integrations to support factory and office operations. Collaborate with second- and third-level support teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues. Document system processes, configurations, and support activities in a ticketing system. Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices. Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure compatibility and stability. Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Ensure compliance with factory safety and IT security protocols during system implementations. Perform other duties as assigned. Other duties as directed by Management. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and document processes. Active Learning – Understanding The Implications Of New Information For Both Current And Future Problem-solving And Decision Making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies. Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL) and system performance monitoring tools is a plus. Certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are preferred. Ability to work on-site in a factory environment. Professional certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams). Working knowledge of SAP system strongly preferred. Other Requirements Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
