Employee Development Specialist 3 (contract) Join to apply for the Employee Development Specialist 3 (contract) role at Boeing . This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing-approved third party for the duration of the project. The Boeing Company’s Production System Training (PST) organization is seeking a Mid-Level Employee Development Specialist in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical assembly background and a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. The position supports the internal Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) curriculum, which provides wire harnesses, family group assemblies, power panels, and electrical shelf assemblies for Boeing 737, 747, 767, and 777 jets, as well as military derivatives P8 and 767 Tanker. Responsibilities Apply instructional skills such as preparation, delivery, assessment, remediation, motivation, and engagement. Use various media to clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups, ensuring understanding and retention. Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly. Identify potential performance issues and recommend improvements. Assess training requirements and coordinate course and instructor scheduling. Analyze, validate, and optimize training requests for new hires, recalls, and transfers. Support off-shift training as necessary. This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. Basic Qualifications Experience with giving presentations and public speaking. At least 1 year of experience using reporting tools. At least 3 years of experience with electrical assembly or electronic materials. At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working with detailed work instructions, blueprints, or drawings. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching technical subjects in an adult learning environment. Knowledge of Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) processes. Strong experience with electrical systems, including fabrication, installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Boeing Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Experience with operating tools like Wireshop Homepage, BAC specifications, SOPs, Redars. Experience designing course content and instructional materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Learning Management Systems like My Learning. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Pay Range Min: $42/hr, Max: $47/hr USD.
