The Opportunity: CCI is seeking a highly experienced
Knowledge Manager
Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon the award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) II contract.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all knowledge items (management plans, TTPs, SOPs, etc.) are accessible to the Enterprise efficiently and effectively.
Develop information retrieval solutions supporting USSOUTHCOM requirements using specialized software languages, automated text analysis, and extraction techniques.
Execute system engineering tasks including system architecture, design, requirements management, security engineering, and interoperability support from a cyber-security perspective.
Plan and manage support for knowledge management tools and processes.
Maintain controlled knowledge items to ensure currency, relevance, and validity.
Validate Knowledge-Based Articles prior to publishing.
Support information collection and dissemination.
Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
Plan and lead major technology assignments.
Function as a technical expert across multiple projects.
May supervise others.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
13+ years of relevant experience.
US citizen with active Secret security clearance.
Proficiency in developing information retrieval solutions.
Ability to execute diverse system engineering tasks from a cyber-security perspective.
Skills to plan and manage knowledge management tools and processes.
Support for information collection and dissemination across complex systems.
Capacity to integrate multiple disciplines including human factors engineering, communications, and mission engineering.
Desired certifications include CKM - Certified Knowledge Manager (KMI) or CKP - Certified Knowledge Practitioner (KMI).

Pay Range: The proposed salary range is $114,600 - $252,100, depending on various factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications.
