Entry-Level Litigation and Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Associate—Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking an entry-level associate with one to three years of experience to join its bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and litigation practice teams. The position will involve approximately half bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work and half general business litigation work. Experience with bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience representing creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans (collection and/or lender liability matters), as well as in loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy.
We are looking for a team member who is hard working and responsive, exercises good judgment under pressure, has excellent research and writing skills, is self-directed while maintaining the ability to work in a team environment, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs.
Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.
Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association is required. Membership in the Washington and California State Bar are pluses, as is state or federal judicial clerkship experience.

Annual Compensation Range:
Associate level based on years of experience: Compensation range from $160,000–$194,250 (before potential discretionary bonus)
