Job Description Analyzes, verifies, tracks, and recommends for project, product, and solution implementation and maintenance. Acts as a liaison between various agile teams and project teams. Recommends and delivers product and solution plans and training materials throughout implementation, ensuring smooth operations post-implementation.
Responsibilities
Develops implementation plans for system development and solution deployment, including discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other project cycle components.
Serves as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Develops and delivers training programs for users; educates management on project operations and procedures.
Configures HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.
Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and contractual agreements.
Performs solution audits and resolves discrepancies.
Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
Provides customer support during and after implementation.
Conducts post-implementation satisfaction surveys; advises management; troubleshoots issues; designs transition plans for new facilities.
Works independently with varied assignments requiring interpretation and decision-making.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; preferred in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-tech environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills preferred.
Highly Preferred Dorothy Comfort Clinical certification.
