North American Construction Services, Ltd. is hiring a permanent Project Manager / Engineer to join our team in Seymour, IN.
North American Construction Services (HQ: Birmingham, AL) is a dynamic subsidiary of Fives North American Combustion (HQ: Cleveland) and the Fives Group (HQ: Paris). With over five decades of pioneering contributions, we execute innovative engineering, fabrication, and construction in industrial thermal processes.
We design and construct furnaces, provide retrofits and upgrades, and offer full lifecycle service and maintenance on vessels, ovens, launders, holders, and other industrial equipment, delivering fully integrated, turnkey solutions. We aim to improve thermal processes through innovation and expertise.

Your role will include:
Assigning quotes, setting up project folders, estimating, generating proposals, JSAs, project books for field services.
Supporting sales opportunities.
Building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Developing project schedules and plans.
Maintaining project documentation.
Managing equipment supply/rental and onsite deliveries.
Reviewing project costs, managing change orders, and generating billings.
Creating BOMs for procurement.
Evaluating opportunities onsite.
Ideal candidates will:
Travel up to 70%.
Read drawings and develop BOMs.
Be proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, project management, quality management, supervision, delegation, and estimating.
Have strong leadership skills and goal-setting abilities.
Have 5+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
Possibly have knowledge of industrial processes and sales methodologies.
Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
