About the role At Consensus, you'll work with global clients, exciting projects, and a team that's passionate about creating next-level engagement experiences.
This role is fully remote, and you'll report directly to our Events Director. You'll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team, where your ideas count and your impact is felt. We're deeply involved in external events around the globe, so you'll get the chance to support both virtual and in-person experiences - with opportunities for international travel.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to pivot into tech, this is your chance to grow fast, learn constantly, and have fun while doing it.
What You'll Do As an Event Success Specialist, you'll become the go-to expert helping clients get the most from our Connect platform. From onboarding and training to hands-on event support, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve real results.
Guide new customers through setup and onboarding Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to help them get started Provide first-line support-quickly solving questions and issues with a smile Help plan and deliver virtual and in-person events (yep, you might need your passport!) Join regular check-ins to understand client goals and keep them on track Work cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and give feedback on the product What You Bring
