Provide administrative and strategic support to multiple C-level executives Manage complex, dynamic calendars and prioritize meetings across time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics Draft and format confidential board materials, investor documents, and presentations Act as a liaison between C-Suite, internal teams, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders Organize executive meetings, offsites, and firm-wide events Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables for strategic initiatives Manage inboxes and correspondence on behalf of executives as needed Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion Support special projects and ensure operational efficiency across the executive team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Has 6-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior leadership in finance or private equity Is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Demonstrates strong communication skills, business judgment, and discretion Is proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and comfortable managing high-volume priorities Maintains a proactive mindset, anticipates executive needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Approaches all responsibilities with professionalism, urgency, and a service-oriented attitude What's on Offer
