About the Role
The Company is seeking a Founding Executive Director to lead the establishment of a pioneering educational model that integrates rigorous academics with hands-on career preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-opening requirements of the school, including securing facilities, driving student recruitment, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. This role demands a visionary leader who can also be a practical operator, balancing bold, future-facing vision with the ability to translate it into clear, achievable plans. The Executive Director will work closely with the national team to bring strategic initiatives to life, champion the academic model, and lead fund development and ecosystem engagement.
