About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the overall operation of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining the quality of patient care, and managing the facility's financial and operational performance. Essential functions include staff recruitment and training, budget preparation, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. The Executive Director will also be the primary representative of the facility in dealings with outside agencies and will be expected to foster a culture of respect and dignity among staff and the patient population.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's skilled nursing facility must have a current and valid state Nursing Home Administrator license, a thorough knowledge of relevant regulations, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration. A minimum of one year of experience as an Administrator or Executive Director in a similar setting is required. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
