Join us as a Project Manager - Land Development at Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. Founded in 1992 by Pat Fuscoe, Fuscoe Engineering is a civil engineering firm committed to participative management, team consensus, and sharing success. We are 100% employee-owned, with 190 employee-owners across four Southern California offices. Our services include Survey and Mapping, Stormwater Management, Water Quality, and Geospatial Technology.

Provide direct client interface and lead plan processing at public agencies. Engage in marketing, business development, lead generation, and pursuit of new projects. Handle administrative and financial tasks such as invoicing, proposals, change orders, and attending meetings. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of civil engineering design experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project design, mentoring staff, and overseeing workflow from entitlements to construction. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team-building skills. PE certification is required. Benefits & Compensation:
