At AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and thorough primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population, focusing on delivering excellent clinical outcomes. Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all procedures meet high standards. Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise. Counsel patients on wellness strategies, providing well-researched, data-driven advice. Manage urgent complaints typical of a primary care clinic with your advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to drive high-quality outcomes. Review labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately, ensuring no detail is missed in patient care. Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours, utilizing technology efficiently. See approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, applying your skills to handle cases effectively, including walk-ins. Maintain professionalism and exemplary communication with patients and staff. Working Hours:
3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Benefits:
