We're looking for a firmware engineer with 5+ years of experience who writes efficient, low-level code, and wants to grow with a team building something that matters. Outstanding recent graduates with strong hands-on experience and technical depth may also be considered. What Youll Do
Develop firmware for audio, data, sensors, and AI-enhanced functionality Optimize for performance, power, and mission reliability Handle integration, OTA updates, voice interaction, and system logic Lead lab validation, field testing, and debug workflows Work closely with hardware, product, and Special Forces end users What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ (ARM Cortex or similar MCU) Strong knowledge of Bluetooth, I2C, SPI, I2S, UART, USB Experience with bare-metal systems Experience with scripting in Python Skilled in debugging with SWD, scopes, and logic analyzers Maker/hacker mindset - you build fast, test hard, and iterate smart Why Join Stacato?
