REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist: Required 2 Years Experience in Quality Assurance testing: Required 2 Years Proven knowledge of NCDOT business processes: Required 2 Years SharePoint Designer role experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries and content types: Required 2 Years Designing and testing SharePoint and web based content management solutions: Required 2 Years Strong analytical and conceptual skills: Required 10 Years Positive interpersonal skills: Required 10 Years Strong written and verbal communication skills: Required 10 Years Excellent organizational and presentation skills: Required 10 Years Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams): Required 5 Years Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering: Required 5 Years Proven experience writing clear and concise technical training materials and other user documentation: Required 5 Years Working knowledge of application development life cycle: Required 10 Years Knowledge of NCDOT Preconstruction business processes: Highly desired 2 Years Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer: Highly desired 2 Years Experience with AGILE development methodology: Highly desired 5 Years Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps tool suite: Highly desired 5 Years Experience with Balsamiq: Desired 1 Year #J-18808-Ljbffr
