A growing enterprise software company in the regulated SaaS space is hiring a Full Stack Developer 1 in Fort Washington, PA. Full Stack Developer 1 Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure technical solutions that align with platform architecture standards Collaborate with project teams to lead data migration and system integration from legacy applications Support second-level client issues by troubleshooting and resolving complex backend technical challenges Participate in client meetings to present capabilities and help define technical approaches to business needs Review and approve detailed technical designs produced by team members to ensure alignment with standards Develop and maintain reusable internal libraries, ensuring consistency across multiple development projects Lead custom project planning and estimation, working closely with account managers and internal stakeholders Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to architectural and coding best practices across the team Contribute to the creation of core tools and libraries that support long-term product stability and innovation
Full Stack Developer 1 Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering 2+ years of experience developing enterprise N-tier web applications Proficient in React and JavaScript frameworks Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) or Oracle (PL/SQL) Familiar with SDLC, OOP, and enterprise software architecture Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute to team goals Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor and learn
