Azumo is looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in React, Node, and GraphQL each. The position is based remotely in
Latin America . The developer
will work in the EST/PST time-zone. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with bright engineering minds in SaaS and big data computing. As a key engineer in the web team, you should excel with minimal technical supervision, embrace time constraints, and work with team members to deliver high-quality products and features. You will enjoy the role if you love delivering well-factored and tested JavaScript applications. Responsibilities: Enhance existing TypeScript and JavaScript codebase Architect applications and collaborate with the team to integrate with third-party APIs and services Design the overall application framework, including component hierarchy, authentication, error handling, etc. Implement the front-end build, deployment, and CI pipeline Additional Responsibilities: Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Design client-side and server-side architecture Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js) 3+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end coding skills 3+ years experience in React and GraphQL Self-driven, motivated, with a strong work ethic and passion for problem-solving Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) BSc or MSc in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience Some experience with backend development (Java or Node.js) Prior experience building RESTful web services Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with automated testing (TDD, mocking, unit/functional/integration) Additional Skills: Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design Analytical mindset The
