Job Purpose:
Implement / drive agreed Lifecycle Management (LCM) related detailed regional initiatives successfully with a strong focus on NA. Provide insights and guidance on the ways-of-working with the regional Dietary Supplement (DS) sites for LCM. Collaborate with the regional DS teams across functions and drive exec. in the area of LCM.
Main Responsibilities:
Supports generating the annually regionally agreed savings and avoided cost goals
Makes sure LCM related process changes will be properly implemented, e.g. the "strategic ingredient status"
Supports the local team with projects relevant for LCM:
Ingredient swaps
Second supplier, incl. project "Probio Fortis"
Support H&W supply chain team with their projects relevant for LCM: Inventory at risk management (SloNoMovers, expiring raw materials)
Support Creative Design & Development(CD&D) teams in the respective DS sites with their recipe optimization activities:
proactive recipe optimization for ingredients and formula with scope on top 20 (sales volume)
reactive recipe optimization, triggered e.g. by production team
Help out with any CD&D development work if time permits
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications, skills and experience:
BSc. Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (would consider an individual w/o a degree but with plenty of hands-on experience in the Health & Wellness(H&W), DS business, e.g. in Operations, QM, ...)
3+ years of experience in lifecycle management/cost savings ideally with a H&W, DS, ingredients, or related industries.
Structured and process-savvy
Fluent in English
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$64,000.00 - $120,000.00
