AI Technical Product Manager - RCS (RICH COMMUNICATION SERVICES) AI Technical Product Manager - RCS (RICH COMMUNICATION SERVICES) 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Technical Product Manager - RCS (RICH COMMUNICATION SERVICES) experience Role Summary Product Manager will lead a specific capability or feature under the RCS umbrella and will work as part of a broader team responsible for customer-facing messaging solutions. Key Requirements Prior experience with RCS or strong foundational knowledge of what RCS is, how it works, and its capabilities. Broader messaging experience (e.g., WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat ) is acceptable with strong RCS understanding. Must be familiar with creating customer-facing experiences with a focus on centering the customer in the design process. Should have an understanding of Generative AI, including how to contribute to model feedback and refinement. Must be able to own AI-generated messaging experiences and collaborate with model owners. Techno-functional profile : not a developer, but technically savvy enough to understand system limitations and ask the right questions. Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with experience in requirement building and iterative delivery. Ability to lead product development of assigned features under the larger RCS initiative , with expected collaboration across PMs. Location preference: Basking Ridge, NJ (Tues–Thurs onsite work expected).
