To support that ambition, we’re excited to announce a formal process for internal managers to express their interest in future General Manager opportunities and participate in a structured
GM Development Path . Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for driven, accountable, and growth-minded managers who want to lead one of our dealerships in the future. If you have the desire and commitment to learn all facets of dealership operations, we want to hear from you. The GM Development Path Selected participants will receive personalized development planning and training designed to build on their current strengths and close any gaps. The program will include: Exposure to All Departments
– Variable, Fixed Ops, F&I, Used Cars, and Accounting. One-on-One Mentorship
– Regular coaching with executive leaders and current General Managers. Performance Benchmarks
– Tracking of key management KPIs and goals. Special Projects
– Opportunities to demonstrate leadership and operational planning skills. Leadership Training
– Focused on communication, accountability, culture, and team development. Readiness Review
– Evaluations to determine readiness for placement as a GM. Our goal is to help committed managers transition confidently into the General Manager role when the opportunity arises.
