As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day in-store operations, including but not limited to restaurant profitability, staffing/scheduling, inventory/stock ordering, COGS and labor management, identifying and addressing problems, employee development including reprimands, vendor management, product quality, customer satisfaction, overall cleanliness of the restaurant, cash handling, image/brand compliance and maintaining the Jimmy John's culture. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. General Managers must be self-motivated individuals who have superior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
