This position involves working with the Gen AI delivery team to develop automation solutions using Hyperautomation processes and technologies, focusing on speed and accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders within Crowe to configure scalable Gen AI automations. Responsibilities: Lead architecture, development, and testing of solutions using Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Python, and related frameworks. Configure, integrate, develop, and support automation pipelines ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Drive testing, troubleshoot, and tune bots in production to meet SLAs. Analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, translate business needs into technical specs. Maintain technical documentation, deliver training, and support end users. Stay updated on emerging trends in generative AI and hyperautomation, pilot new capabilities. Coach and review work of junior team members, promote best practices. Qualifications: 36 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools like Copilot Studio. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with SQL/NoSQL. Knowledge of AI concepts, DevOps, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field. 4+ years full-stack development experience, including Power Platform and Python. Experience with data modeling, AI concepts, and Copilot Studio.
