Associate Litigation Attorney
with 1 to 3 years of relevant litigation experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, licensed to practice in
California , and passionate about private lending, finance, and business litigation. Additional state bar admissions are considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs Take and defend depositions Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys Assist with strategy development and case management Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the
California State Bar 1 to 3 years of litigation experience (commercial or financial litigation preferred) Additional state bar admissions (e.g., Nevada, Arizona, Texas, New York) are an asset Strong legal writing and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Why Geraci LLP?
