Your Purpose
MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand is expanding its team in the U.S. As the Vice President of Pricing Analysis & Channel Strategy for the U.S. and Canada, you will be a senior strategic leader responsible for developing and executing holistic revenue, pricing, channel strategies, and insights that drive commercial performance across North America. Partnering with Corporate Revenue Management and commercial teams, you will lead a cross-functional team that uses market insights, competitor analysis, and customer behavior trends to optimize pricing and promotions, enhance distribution strategy, and grow profit contribution. This role ensures that pricing and promotions are aligned with a robust, data-driven - strategy while optimizing channel performance.
This role will also oversee key commercial analytical and optimization functions including Trade Sales and Contact Center Workforce Planning & Analytics.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office, in Miami, Florida.
Your Impact
Strategic Revenue Leadership: Partner with the global Revenue Management team and North America President to drive revenue optimization through tool refinement, model enhancement, pricing and promotion strategies, and development of key economic KPIs across channels. Channel Strategy & Performance: Own and implement a multi-year channel strategy across all distribution points—including direct-to-consumer and travel advisor models. Align with commercial leaders, finance, and marketing to ensure consistency with pricing, segmentation, promotions, and sales incentives. Manage performance dashboards to optimize ROI and channel efficiency. Promotions & Pricing Governance: Lead the development and evaluation of promotional strategies in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring alignment with consumer behavior, brand positioning, and margin goals. Guide bundled pricing and prepaid fare strategies in partnership with the Onboard Revenue team. Market & Deployment Insights: Direct competitive benchmarking on pricing, promotions, and deployment. Provide actionable insights to inform demand generation and future deployment decisions in North America. Trade Sales Analytics: Oversee a team of analysts supporting the travel advisor and groups channel. Deliver data-driven insights to Trade Sales leadership to refine strategies, incentives, and channel mix. Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, incorporating pricing and channel strategies into revenue targets and resource plans. Partner with the global team for alignment and finalization. Executive & Global Collaboration: Serve as a strategic liaison across Global Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing teams. Represent North America in global Business Review Meetings and lead local BRMs to ensure alignment with global objectives. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics, insights, and execution of revenue strategies. Contact Center Work Force Planning: Lead contact center budgeting & forecasting, staffing models, and performance analytics to ensure the contact center is optimally resourced to support sales and service functions
Collaborate with Customer Care and Operations leaders to integrate call volume forecasts, occupancy targets, and staffing plans into broader revenue and promotional cycles Use data to improve contact center efficiency, conversion performance, and customer experience, while supporting strategic campaigns and seasonal peaks Own workforce planning across multiple sites including monthly headcount planning by site and staffing models to support service levels and sales performance; lead site strategy for financial performance, FTE optimization, and cost efficiency across all customer contact operations.
Your Journey so far
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field MBA preferred, ideally from a globally recognized business school 8–10+ years of experience in commercial strategy roles, with a focus on pricing, revenue management, and channel strategy Experience in cruise, hospitality, airline, or travel sectors highly preferred Experience overseeing contact center analytics, forecasting, or workforce planning is strongly preferred Proven ability to lead cross-functional commercial teams, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver revenue growth Deep understanding of multi-channel distribution models and strategies, including direct, indirect, and group channels Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
