Your Role: Sales Consultant – AssetPro
As a Sales Consultant – AssetPro, you’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to help grow our customer base and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of commercial, industrial, and utility clients. You’ll not only drive individual sales goals but also support team development and customer success through hands-on leadership.
What You'll Do
Grow & Deliver: Drive growth by successfully selling PowerPro 360 services and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Strategize & Expand: Design and implement a strategic business plan to increase market presence and customer acquisition. Coach & Lead: Recruit, mentor, and support sales team members, helping them meet performance goals and grow professionally. Connect & Serve: Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions. Report & Forecast: Present data on sales, revenue, expenses, and projections to the management team with accuracy and insight. Research & Adapt: Identify trends in emerging markets and adapt to evolving product landscapes and competitor strategies. Contribute & Collaborate: Support other team functions and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Education
BS or MS in business administration or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or sales leadership, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets. Active pursuit of professional growth through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
Skills & Abilities
Deep knowledge of industrial, commercial, and utility service sales strategies. Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success guiding the sales process from planning through close. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities. Ability to manage key customer relationships and develop strong sales pipelines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
Indoor, conventional office setting with low noise levels. Regular travel via car or air, and presentations at varied locations. Valid driver’s license required; passport or eligibility to obtain one preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods. Frequent use of computer, phone, and in-person communication. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs. Some standing, walking, bending, and light physical activity as needed.
