Position Overview Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end grant development process. Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline grant development operations. Possesses a strong background in operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving positive change.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Designs and produces custom reports as required by Philanthropy Operations; remains current on all standard CRM reports and revises as needed.
Fosters collaboration with program managers, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive grant operations.
Provides grant development support including proposal management, information analysis, meetings with stakeholders, writing, editing, and assisting with supporting documents and submission processes.
Networks locally, regionally, and nationally to stay updated on funding sources and legislation.
Manages grants toward goal achievement, including reporting and statistical analysis of revenue.
Develops systems for tracking grant deliverables, deadlines, and compliance.
Undertakes special projects as assigned.
Contributes to department goals, adheres to policies, standards, and regulations.
Participates in meetings, committees, community outreach, and quality improvement teams.
Minimum Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in business, philanthropy, healthcare, or related field preferred.
Experience
5-7 years of data management and report generation experience; accuracy and efficiency required.
Relevant professional experience may substitute for education.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in CRM management.
Advanced Excel reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Position salary range: $93,142 - $175,968
