Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience required. Focused on quality development of Guidewire applications in a competitive environment. Guidewire Implementation experience. Hands-on Experience in leading a team. Experience in the Guidewire development. Responsible for leading the team from on/near/offshore and work towards a common goal. Accountable for the team delivery. Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and create a positive environment. P&C Personal Property Insurance domain skills. Guidewire Configuration developer.
