I. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years OSHPD/HCAI experience.
- BA in field related to Construction is preferred by not required.
- Medical, commercial, industrial, institutional and tenant improvement construction experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- CMP schedule development, implementation and weekly updates.
- Project cost control.
- Estimating skills.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Extensive knowledge of AIA Contract documents.
- Organization and time management skills.
