$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr I'm currently partnering with a Mid-Size Law Firm with a nationally recognized labor and employment department, as they look to add a talented Litigation Associate to their growing team in Florida. The Role Litigation Management:
Handle a broad mix of matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA, wage & hour, and employment contracts—with the opportunity to specialize over time. Courtroom Advocacy:
Appear in state and federal courts across Boston; managing hearings, depositions, and motions. Client Collaboration:
Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs. Trial Prep : Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases. The Package Competitive Pay
