About the role We are looking for a Head of Information Technology and Security that is able to lead IT, security and corporate engineering efforts at Applied. You will be responsible for managing and growing a team that isable to lead business critical efforts in IT, networking, security and compliance. You will work closely withoperations, infrastructure engineering and product engineering teams to make sure Applied is compliantwith internal and product security compliance requirements. At Applied, you will Manage, interview and recruit the team necessary to achieve critical business outcomes in information technology Lead and oversee a global IT support team, ensuring seamless resolution of computer systems, networks, software, and hardware issues across all Applied offices Lead and grow a security team dedicated to corporate and cloud security Manage and optimize global corporate networks to ensure high performance and mitigate risks Maintain, design, and develop Applied's corporate IT infrastructure Automate and evolve employee Role-Based Access Controls within Okta Identity Governance Implement and continuously improve IT and security tools and protocols to safeguard critical assets and ensure a resilient IT environment Partner and engage with Applied’s strategic partners and customers We’re looking for someone who has 10+ years of management experience, including as hiring manager involved in recruiting 7+ years of hands-on experience in evaluating, negotiating, and deploying a diverse range of ITor security tools Management experience with Okta, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Entra ID Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise network platforms BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent Nice to have experience Experience with SOC 2, ISO27001 or Information Technology General Controls (ITGC’s) Demonstrated experience in the setup and management of Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Meraki network equipment Expertise in configuring intricate Okta Workflows

The salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
