Your Role: Connect, Organize, and Make an Impact.

As a Recruitment Administrator, youll be the first point of contact for many potential team members. Your day-to-day will involve high volumes of calls to screen applicants, schedule interviews, and engage with candidates all critical steps in building a strong team that fuels our clients missions.

Youll keep things organized by managing onboarding processes and supporting smooth communication within the team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, perfect for someone eager to grow their career in recruitment or sales.

What Were Looking For:

• A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and administrative tasks
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
