Nicholas Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and to lead high-end residential remodeling projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of large-scale remodels, overseeing schedules, budgets, trade partners, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with our in-house designers, production team, and clients to turn bold visions into beautifully built spaces - on time and on budget.

What You'll Do:

• Manage 2-4 complex remodels concurrently (kitchens, additions, whole homes, etc.)
• Own jobsite performance-schedule, scope, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects run efficiently with Buildertrend project management software
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
• Maintain detailed documentation, punch lists, and change orders

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of remodeling practices and construction sequencing
• Confidence managing high-end clients, project complexity, and competing priorities
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management tools
• Passion for craftsmanship, leadership, and continuous improvement
