Sales Consultant

Schlossmann Auto Group Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join the most successful Honda dealership in the state with the best work schedule and a VERY healthy compensation plan.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is Full Time (9am - 6pm), with a 5 Day Work Week. The salary will be a base plus commission with the expected salary range being competitive. The successful candidate will also be enrolled in the employee benefits program.
Responsibilities
Greet and show vehicles to customers Create an enjoyable sales experience by providing top-notch customer service Assist customers throughout the sales and financing process Generate new sales leads Work with customers to identify their vehicle needs Deliver an effective sales presentation that will facilitate customer understanding Work with customers to negotiate contracts Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve in a timely and courteous manner
Requirements
Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred Previous experience with customer relations and satisfaction is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
