Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR systems, operations, or HRIS project management. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated understanding of HR processes including full employee lifecycle process mapping. Proficiency with business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. Ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Qualifications
