What you need to do the job: Successful completion of an internship at The Cigna Group is required.
Completed an MBA with a focus in marketing or related field.
3+ years of professional work experience in marketing, communications or a transferable field.
Desire to cultivate a career in the marketing field.
Drive to deliver results, with project management skills and ability to influence thinking
Evidence of strong analytical ability, innovative thinking, and data driven problem solving skills.
Emerging leadership skills such as interpersonal savvy, motivating others, organizational agility, and dealing with ambiguity.
Aptitude to work across a variety of environments with a growth mindset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
