Job Description Our Digital Solutions team offers management consulting, solution design, and implementation services for mid- to large-sized companies. We seek individuals capable of understanding complex requirements, translating them into best-practice designs, working independently or collaboratively, and demonstrating proven success. We are expanding our practice and have an exciting opportunity for an IFS Projects & Construction Solution Architect . This role involves working closely with firm leadership to serve clients, drive business growth, and mentor staff, leveraging your expertise to develop their skills. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver IFS Projects Modules (Resource Management, Project Reporting & Invoicing, and Project Financial Control) during cloud transformation projects. Apply business process and system expertise to implement best practices in project management, planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Formulate business and functional requirements, oversee configuration of IFS Cloud, and lead testing and training during ERP initiatives. Support change management efforts to increase adoption of IFS Cloud solutions. Collaborate with construction industry clients to understand their project management and financial needs. Provide guidance on leveraging IFS functionalities to address industry-specific challenges such as budget overruns and scheduling conflicts. Customize IFS modules for project planning, contract management, and resource allocation in construction projects. Optimize workflows and dashboards for real-time project monitoring. Partner with project managers to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Contribute to the development of methodologies, training, and tools for implementation. Support sales cycles as a Subject Matter Expert and lead market development efforts. Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of implementation experience, including 2+ years with IFS Applications or similar ERP solutions. IFS Projects experience or certification preferred; additional module certifications a plus. Strong knowledge of project processes and construction industry workflows. Experience with industry tools like Procore, Primavera, MS Project. Ability to translate complex requirements into effective IFS configurations. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work non-traditional hours as needed. The salary range is $141,530 to $306,640, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
