Job Description 35% - Software Development
Assist in the development of web forms using programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, XSL, HTML, or other relevant technologies. Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, test, and deploy software solutions following established best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry standards. 30% - Testing and Debugging
Support the testing and debugging of applications and web forms to identify and resolve software issues. Conduct unit tests and system tests to ensure software meets functional requirements and quality standards. Document and communicate any issues identified during testing to the IT teammates. 20% - System Maintenance and Support
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting issues related to software applications, web forms, and related systems. Assist in updating, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications to improve functionality and efficiency. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve user issues and ensure consistent application performance. 10% - Documentation and Process Adherence
Maintain accurate documentation for applications, code, and configurations. Follow established coding standards, development methodologies, and change management processes. Participate in technical meetings and contribute to project planning sessions. 10% - Professional Development
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to software development. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and courses as needed to enhance programming skills. 5% - Other Duties as Assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED and four years of relevant professional experience or an Associate's degree and two years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor's degree. One year internship or entry-level experience in programming or software development, as evidenced by application materials. One or more years of experience with JavaScript, as evidenced by application materials. Effective written communication skills, as evidenced by application materials. Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of experience with XML, CSS, XSL or HTML, as evidenced by application materials. Exposure to web technologies, databases (e.g., SQL), and version control tools (e.g., Git), as evidenced by application materials
