Job Description
As
Director, IT Product Management , you will manage products and vendors throughout their lifecycle, including strategic planning for the Mainframe and Batch Services Team. Responsibilities include owning product requirements, vendor contracts, budgets, building business cases, and collaborating with business partners. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, participate in governance, optimize processes, and manage relationships.

Drive process optimization based on research
Manage Product P&L for scale and efficiency
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
10+ years of technical product and/or vendor management experience
Experience with Mainframe Operating Systems (IBM), Z series, BMC workload management, CA Technologies software, CICS, LPARs, DB2, MQ, Zos, WAS
Ability to translate technical language to business terms
Experience managing vendor contracts and negotiations
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Data-focused with strategic action orientation
Ability to define product features and user stories
Strong execution focus and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team motivation skills
Agile experience preferred (Jira, Jira Align)
Financial knowledge a plus
